Artichoke - Pure & Premium grade
Artichoke is a perennial plants and one of the world’s ancient vegetables. It can grow to 1.4–2 m in high. Its leaves are glaucous-green they can reach up about 50 to 82 cm and they are edible and fleshy. It’s a Mediterranean composite herb.

Artichoke Dried Plant Uses:
In medicine: The leaf, stem, and root of artichoke are used to make “extracts” which contain a higher concentration of certain chemicals that are found naturally in the plant. These extracts are used as medicine.
Culinary: leaves and extracts are used to flavor beverages. Cynarin and chlorogenic acid, which are chemicals found in artichoke, are sometimes used as sweeteners.
STORAGE AND CONSERVATION:
The shelf life of dried plants is usually 1 years when properly stored.
Not recommended for pregnant women, also for breast-feeding, even if there is not enough reliable information about the safety of taking it, stay on the safe side and avoid use.
